Why Premier Sterile Systems Exists

U.S. sterile supply is structurally fragile. Production is concentrated in a handful of aging, weather-exposed facilities, and repeated shortages of saline, lactated Ringer’s, and dextrose have made clear how little resilience the system holds — for products that have no clinical substitute.
